Woodbury Sports Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Final sale, clearance, customized/personalized items, gift cards, and used merchandise are not eligible for return.

For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Woodbury Sports as soon as possible so we can make it right.
